1. Account and plan
Register, verify email, then choose your language and locked USD/IDR currency. Prepare artist profiles within your plan limit. Artist subscriptions require payment approval before release submission.

Prepare the right files, complete your metadata and follow your release status in CPP.
2. Audio and artwork
Upload MP3 only. Use square artwork, recommended 3000 × 3000, that you have the rights to use. Preview your uploads before continuing.
3. Metadata and platforms
Fill release and track titles, artists, contributors, dates and ownership details. Select the platform destinations and eligible rights services. Use your own ISRC when applicable.
4. Review and revisions
Complete the checklist and distribution policy consent, then submit. If revision is requested, read the reason and correct the relevant fields before resubmitting. White Label members go through owner approval before IDMG review.
5. Delivery and reporting
Follow approved, delivered and live status. Platform processing times vary. Analytics and royalties appear after platform reports are recorded.
