Which service should I choose?
Bronze, Silver and Gold are artist subscriptions. White Label is a separate business service for an owner managing a branded member portal.
Where do I log in?
All artist and business account access starts at cpp.indomusicgroup.com. White Label members can also use their company’s activated portal address.
Do reports show both USD and IDR?
No. Choose USD or IDR during account onboarding. The choice is locked; balances and withdrawals show only that currency. USD withdrawals use PayPal email; IDR uses banks or e-wallets.
When do analytics and royalties appear?
Analytics and earnings follow reports received and recorded by IDMG. Monthly analytics are not real-time streaming counters or guaranteed earnings.
How can I contact support?
Open a Support Ticket in CPP or email admin@indomusicgroup.com. Include the release, invoice or withdrawal ID and a clear description.
Artist plans
How many artists are included?
Bronze includes 1 artist, Silver 2 and Gold 3. An active Gold account can buy additional artist slots for US$15 each, subject to admin payment approval.
Can I prepare releases before paying?
Yes, a free account can create artist profiles and release drafts. Sending releases for review requires an active subscription approved by the admin.
Which digital rights services are included?
Silver and Gold include YouTube Content ID. Gold also includes Meta Rights Manager and TikTok Content ID. Requests remain subject to ownership review and platform approval.
How do I pay the correct amount?
Select a plan and method in CPP. Pay the exact invoice amount, keep the transaction reference, then upload proof. Activation follows admin review. If payment is under review, do not pay again.
What files should I prepare?
Audio uploads accept MP3 only. Use square artwork, recommended at 3000 × 3000, and accurate metadata. Ensure you hold the required rights for the music and artwork.
White Label
Can I upgrade my artist account to White Label?
White Label uses a dedicated new business account. Existing Bronze, Silver or Gold accounts and their catalogs remain separate; buying White Label does not automatically migrate them.
What does the user limit count?
The limit includes the owner and active members in the company. Basic supports 200 users, Premium 1,500 and Enterprise unlimited users. Catalog track quotas are separate.
What is Premium’s initial total?
Premium costs US$3,289 plus a one-time US$250 setup fee, for US$3,539 total. Basic is US$2,189 and Enterprise US$11,426 with no separate setup charge on the current CPP invoice.
Who reviews member releases?
The White Label owner reviews first. Approved submissions go to the IDMG admin, then partner delivery and live status. Revisions and rejections require reasons.
How is my domain activated?
Submit your chosen portal address in company settings. Basic uses an IDMG subdomain; Premium and Enterprise support your own domain. The request stays pending until the IDMG admin checks and activates it.
Who pays the artists?
IDMG records royalty payments to the company. The owner reviews and pays artist withdrawals, records the reference and can upload private transfer proof. Artist payouts require sufficient received company funds.
Is Official Artist Channel a distribution store?
No. OAC is a separate YouTube artist channel request, reviewed by the owner and IDMG. It is processed manually and approval is recorded after the result is confirmed.
Are API, bulk imports and music videos included in this checkout?
The current CPP checkout activates the business portal described here. Contact IDMG to confirm separate requirements and availability for API connections, bulk migration or music video delivery before purchasing for those needs.
