Anti Fraud Policy

This Anti Fraud Policy outlines the standards and rules enforced by PT Indonesian Digital Music Group (“IDMG”) to prevent, detect, and take action against fraudulent activities on our platform.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy and acknowledge that any form of fraud or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

1. Definition of Fraud

Fraud includes any activity intended to manipulate streams, downloads, royalties, metadata, or platform systems in an unfair or deceptive manner.

2. Prohibited Activities

• Artificially inflating streams, downloads, or engagement
• Using bots, click farms, or automated systems
• Purchasing fake streams, followers, or playlist placements
• Misleading or falsifying metadata, artist identity, or ownership
• Coordinated streaming behavior intended to manipulate charts or payouts

3. Monitoring & Detection

IDMG actively monitors activity using internal systems, third-party tools, and reports from digital platforms. Suspicious activity may be investigated at any time, with or without prior notice.

4. Consequences of Fraud

If fraudulent activity is detected or suspected, IDMG may take one or more of the following actions:

• Remove or suspend affected releases
• Withhold, freeze, or reverse royalty payments
• Disable or permanently terminate user accounts
• Report violations to digital platforms or relevant authorities

5. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with platform policies. Claiming ignorance does not exempt users from consequences.

6. Reporting Fraud

If you become aware of suspected fraudulent activity related to your account or content, you must notify IDMG immediately through official communication channels.

7. Relation to Other Policies

This Anti Fraud Policy forms an integral part of IDMG’s Terms and Conditions, Distribution Agreement, and Consequences of Misrepresentation policies.
