PT Indonesian Digital Music Group provides music distribution and publishing services to various digital platforms. We do not guarantee acceptance by all platforms, as approval is subject to each platform’s policies.

4. Royalties & Payments

Royalties will be collected and distributed based on reports received from digital platforms. Payment schedules, thresholds, and methods are subject to our internal policies and may change from time to time.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your musical works. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, publish, and monetize your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that may harm our platform or partners.

7. Limitation of Liability

PT Indonesian Digital Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
